Making business a pleasure.

I met Tony in the 80s when I took an office close to his having recently formed my own company. Lonely difficult times potentially but having Tony close by was like having an army of work colleagues. We became friends. We helped each other and shared business problems, and indeed equipment. Tony was about the first person in the UK to get a FAX machine. Virtually the whole office building rented time on it. Without doubt those were the happiest times of my life at work, I have experienced nothing similar since. Tony used to sing little songs about Sambawang and Motiwalla (part of Singapore and the name of a major client of Tony's respectvely). I can still hear them now which speaks for itself. Tony was generous, funny and a real pleasure to know. Truly a technicolour person in a sepia world. My thoughts are with family especially and fellow friends.
